Josh and Billy connect with Brothers Walter Wells and Chris Thomson to understand the challenges and the successes they experienced when they partnered with the City of Vancouver to open an Extreme Weather Warming Center for the homeless community in the West Side of Vancouver. Their use of the hall to contribute to the relieve distress among their neighbours.
